This creamy background used stormy sky oxide ink - perfect spring weather card!

Hello friends! About a week ago, I posted some spring floral cards featuring Concord & 9th’s Painted Peony Bundle. I loved them so much, I had to create more before putting my supplies away. I couldn’t resist creating a few more cards using blue, pink and orange! Here’s how I created these cards, and what I used to make them:

First, I used the Misti to position and stamp all 3 layers of each flower in multiple colors, and 2 layers for each of the leaves (all colors are listed out below by card!) using the Concord & 9th Painted Peony bundle. After stamping, I die cut everything out using the Spellbinders Platinum die cutting machine, and used a slimline die from Simon Says Stamp to die cut the background from Neenah classic crest 110lb cardstock in white. After die cutting the slimline background, I used the Concord & 9th Stitched Stripe Card Front Die to obtain the texture on the panels.

Next, I ink blended on the panels using distress oxide, and splattered them each with a bit of Lawn Fawn Liquid Stardust. I let these dry for about 15 minutes before I stamped the sentiments using a combination of inks.

Finally, I arranged the flowers on the cards, popping some elements up using foam squares and glued the rest of the elements directly to the card panel. I finished off the card with Trinity Stamps clay hearts and clear dewdrop embellishments, before adhering the panels to slimline card bases.
